We send our kits to the address included in the confirmation email, please double check these details once you have placed your order. We can only edit your shipping address if the order has not yet been labelled.

All kits are delivered on a monthly basis and you are able to select a subscription length from one month to a year.
All subscriptions are auto-renewing, but you are able to cancel them easily by contacting our support team.

The price of our monthly subscriptions start at $35 a month
We offer a discounted price on monthly subscriptions. If you are looking for a subscription to be delivered every 2 or 3 months we also provide that option.
Please log into your customer account and click on 'Account Settings'. In here you are able to pause your subscription, make changes or cancel.
We do not currently offer non-renewing subscriptions. All 3, 6 and 12 month pre-paid subscriptions will automatically convert to a rolling monthly subscription at the end of the pre-paid term.
If you would like to pause or cancel a subscription you are able to do this within the My Account section or get in touch with our support team.
Please log into your customer account and click on 'Account Settings'. Here you are able to pause or cancel your subscription.
If you have a monthly subscription please ensure that you cancel your subscription by 11:59pm GMT on the day prior to your processing date. You can find your processing date in the My Account section. Cancellations made after this point can unfortunately not be made as our team work fast to process and ship the orders.

Our subscription kits are sent out on a monthly basis starting from the date of your order. The following months subscriptions will be dispatched on the same day of your initial order.
Please allow a few days for the kit to be dispatched and sent to you.
We do not currently offer an option to select a specific kit in the subscription. We have curated an amazing selection of craft boxes which will be provided based on the theme of the subscription.

Each kit contains everything you need to create a crafty masterpiece, from materials and tools to tutorial videos and playlists. The only tools we may ask you to supply are household basics, like a pencil, mixing bowl or a pair of scissors. To find out a detailed list of what is included in the kit you can view the 'What's in the box' section on our product pages.
Our craft kits are available for two different age ranges, 4-6 and 7-9 and we have tailored the guidebooks in every kit for those age ranges. Whether your child is a budding artist or just testing the water we have created inclusive activities in each box for all abilities.
If your child hasn't tried a specific craft before that's ok! We include step by step instructions in each kit as well as links to handy tutorial videos. If your child is more of a free-styler, that's ok too! We have included an inspiration gallery on our online content to inspire ideas and encourage independent creative play.
For our Gift Kits each kit has instructions for at least 3 different craft activities. You don’t have to complete all three activities at once but take a look through the guidebook that comes with each kit and decide which activity you would like to start with. Some of our crafts require you to leave your artworks to dry over night before finishing them off.
For our Subscription kits they should take up to two hours to complete. Some of our crafts require you to leave your artworks to dry over night before finishing them off.
Our online content is jam packed with loads of fun and handy extras! If you feel you need some more help or inspiration, do not fear, our video content will help you get the most out of your kit.
It is filled with video tutorials, inspiration galleries and even a specially created playlist to listen to whilst you are creating your master pieces! Just scan the QR codes displayed in your guides or visit the listed links to access the fun!

Our products are tested to global regulatory safety standards. These standards ensure our products are safe to use by children of 4 years and above.

All the paper/card elements of our kit are recyclable however we encourage you to reuse all elements of our packaging as much as possible.
The decorative outer box makes the perfect storage for your art materials! If you don’t want to keep your new art tools, please consider giving them to a friend or family member or donating them to charity. Lets pass the joy around!
All of our outer packaging is 100% recyclable and is responsibly sourced. We have included recycling information to make disposing of our products easy and guilt free. More recently, we have been using materials like biopolymers instead of plastic and we will continue to innovate in this area.

If you would like to return your order, please contact us and we will talk you through the returns process :) Do not send your kit back to our registered address, we will not receive your return and will be unable to process your refund. Please note that we do not cover the costs of returns.
If your parcel or any of the items within your parcel are damaged, please contact our Customer Team. Please be sure to take photos that clearly show what is wrong with it, as these will be requested.

Yes, when you checkout on our website there is an option to include a gift note. Once you have ticked the gift note box, please type in the message you would like to include!
The Sculpd Kids gift boxes are packed inside nondescript plain cardboard boxes, so the recipient will get a lovely surprise once they open their package.
However our subscription range is delivered in our signature Sculpd Kids branding (as seen on our website) so you will be able to see what it is as soon as it arrives! We do not include invoices in the parcels sent out to you.
