We send our kits to the address included in the confirmation email, please double check these details once you have placed your order. We can only edit your shipping address by cancelling your order if it has been placed in the last 20 minutes.

Once you have done this, your order will be cancelled and refunded and you can place a new order with the correct shipping address.

Our craft kits are available for two different age ranges, 4-6 and 7-9 and we have tailored the guidebooks in every kit for those age ranges.

Whether your child is a budding artist or just testing the water we have created inclusive activities in each box for all abilities.

If your child hasn't tried a specific craft before that's ok! We include step by step instructions in each kit as well as links to handy tutorial videos. If your child is more of a free-styler, that's ok too!

We have included an inspiration gallery on our online content to inspire ideas and encourage independent creative play.

Each of our main Kits each kit has instructions for at least 3 different craft activities.

You don’t have to complete all three activities at once but take a look through the guidebook that comes with each kit and decide which activity you would like to start with.

Some of our crafts require you to leave your artworks to dry over night before finishing them off. These are perfect for a weekend of crafting fun.

Our products are tested to global regulatory safety standards. These standards ensure our products are safe to use by children of 4 years and above.

We deliver to the USA and UK. Please visit the correct website depending on your region by selecting the flag at the top of the website.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes in the UK.

If the tracking details state your order has been delivered but you can’t find it, please consider the following:

- Has the package been left in a safe place?
- Has it been delivered to one of your neighbours?
- Has the correct shipping address been provided?
- Has the courier left a calling card?

If you would like to return your order, please contact us and we will talk you through the returns process :) 

Please do not send your kit back to our registered address, we will not receive your return and will be unable to process your refund. 

Once we have received the parcel, we'll process the return and issue a refund within 14 days.

If your parcel or any of the items within your parcel are damaged, please contact our Customer Team. Please be sure to take photos that clearly show what is wrong with it, as these will be requested.

Yes - you are able to leave a gift message in the checkout.

Our branded Sculpd boxes are packed inside nondescript plain cardboard boxes, so the recipient will get a lovely surprise once they open their package.

We do not include the invoice inside your order.
